Returns & Exchanges

At ROKA Multisport, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all orders. If your equipment doesn't help you push your limits, we make the return and exchange process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure your gear is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
